About the Presenters:

Saundra Vild – saundra.vild@amnhealthcare.com: Saundra Vild is the Divisional Vice President of Training and Development for the Travel Nurse Division. She started working at AMN Healthcare in 2015 as a travel nurse recruiter. She grew quickly and soon transitioned into a leadership role where she managed nine travel recruiters along with her own nurses. After a year in the role, Saundra transitioned to her true passion, developing others. She has continued to contribute to the success of the organization by training recruiters on how to build connections with nurses and grow their own desks.

Ari Carter – Arielle.carter@americanmobile.com: I have been working at AMN Healthcare for just under three years. As a senior recruiter, I help navigate nurses to the travel position of their dreams. My favorite part about this role is getting to share my favorite destinations and experiences with the clinicians I work with.

Lauren Harding – Lauren.harding@americanmobile.com: : I am senior recruiter at AMN Healthcare and have been working for the travel nurse division for about a year and a half. I absolutely love what I do and am so lucky I have the opportunity to connect with clinicians each and every day!
