Grow Your Travel Healthcare Career with Great Recruiters

Grow Your Travel Healthcare Career with Great Recruiters

Adam Conrad, the founder of Great Recruiters, and his panel of certified recruiters (Olivia Jarvis, who works for Altas Medstaff, Chelsea Larson, who works for AB Staffing, and JT Jumonville, who works for TNAA) discuss the industry and the qualities that travelers should look for in a recruiter or company. With great certified travel recruiters, you can ask questions, engage, and advance your travel career.

About the Presenters:

Grow Your Career

Founder/CXO of Great Recruiters, Adam Conrad : Adam Conrad is the Founder and CXO of Great Recruiters, with over 24 years of experience in the staffing industry. He is a dedicated family man with a wife and three children and is actively involved in his community as a coach for his son’s baseball teams. Adam is passionate about helping people reach their full potential, both professionally and personally, and this drive has been the force behind his success in the staffing industry. With a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence, Adam is a respected leader in the field and continues to shape the industry through his work at Great Recruiters.

Olivia Jarvis, Recruiter - Atlas MedStaff

Olivia Jarvis, Nurse Recruiter & RN (ojarvis@atlasmedstaff.com): I started at Atlas in the summer of 2021. Previously, I was a travel nurse myself & have been an RN for 9 years. Name a corner of the country. Chances are, I’ve probably worked there or somewhere close by! I love being a nurse, but I also wish I would have known a lot more as a new traveler. My goal as a recruiter is to educate my nurses & truly help them on their journeys! I’m there to cheer you on when things go great & also to be a shoulder to lean on when you need to vent because I’ve been there! I reside in Sparks, NV, near the AWESOME Lake Tahoe (moved here permanently thanks to a travel assignment opening me up to a whole new world)!

Chelsea Larson  (clarson@abstaffing.com): I went to school for nursing, but after shadowing my mom, I realized it wasn’t for me. I graduated with a degree in Health Science and wanted to stay in the medical field, so healthcare recruitment was perfect for me. I was an Olympic bodybuilder for five years and have competed in 24 bodybuilding shows! My mom is still a professional bodybuilder, and we were the first mother-daughter duo to compete as pros on the same stage. My favorite part about being a Healthcare Recruiter is when I can place someone in the job of their dreams. It is so fulfilling to know that you helped them get there. These nurses are away from their family and friends for an extended period, and I love being the one that they can talk to and make it all worth it for them. I pride myself on connecting and building relationships with every individual I work with and getting to know them personally and their lives outside of being an RN. It makes all the hard work worth it.

JT Jumonville  (jjumonville@tnaa.com): James has 10+ years of experience working directly with people and helping bring their needs to reality. His heart lies in building a relationship with whomever he is working with to make sure they succeed while having the best experience possible! As a military veteran, James understands the excitement of moving all around the country. Having lived in California, North Carolina, and various places in between, James can provide excellent insight into locations and fun things to do during your downtime. Outside of work, you can find James enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and catching as many concerts as possible. He also loves spending time with his three dogs and opening a new bottle of wine with friends. Ask him about his favorite wineries or some of the concerts he’s been to!
