Join our enthusiastic healthcare team in sunny Albuquerque, NM! We are in urgent need of a Registered Nurse for the Emergency unit at the renowned University of New Mexico Hospital. This assignment is expected to last for 13 weeks, during which you will work on a day shift basis (07:00 – 19:30), three days a week. Apart from offering you an opportunity to work at a Level I Trauma center and teaching hospital that houses 554 beds, this role allows you to potentially float to Peds ED, Adult PCUs, ED Holding, and Trauma DOE depending on staffing needs. Moreover, emergency department ratios average 1:5. While previous travel experience is strongly preferred, we are open to candidates with at least 2 years of Level 1 experience. Certifications such as ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC are prerequisites for this position. Please note that COVID-19 vaccination is required, though exemptions for religious and medical reasons will be considered provided the necessary form is completed and signed by a medical professional. This position does not require on-call duties, and weekends will be scheduled as per hospital needs. No parking fees will apply in this assignment. Lastly, please note that to be eligible for this role, you should live more than 50 miles from the hospital and should not have an Arizona address on your driver’s license. Unfortunately, locals within a 75-mile radius are not considered for this role.

Experience:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of similar ER/Trauma-RN experience to be considered.

Pay Package:

• $2,265.00 total gross weekly for 36 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,440.38 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $22.91
• Gap hours: $62.93
• Overtime hours: $95.62
