UP TO:

$68.05/hr blended

$2,722 Weekly Gross

OT/Holiday Rate 1.5 times regular rate

13 Weeks

Shift: M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No Weekends

DPT preferred.

At least one year IP experience (outside of student
clinicals), ability to work alone, as this PT is the lone PT provider in the IP
setting, competency/knowledge in CMS skilled criteria/medical necessity
guidelines

pediatrics to geriatrics,
