Orientation Pay Rate is $10 less than the Assignment Pay Rate.
Travelers cannot be a current Montefiore Staff Nurses or part of the Montefiore Per Diem pool. Former Montefiore Staff Nurses/Per Diem members must wait 6 months before working as an Agency nurse.
Any RN trying to switch agencies (example from Med Solutions to Fastaff), must wait 3 month after their assignment ends to switch.
COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED. Resources must be fully vaccinated by the start date.

Position Details:

2yrs of recent ER experience required.
BLS, ACLS, PALS required. NIH STROKE CERT REQUIRED
EPIC Experience strongly preferred
THIS IS A VERY BUSY ER WITH HIGH ACUITY & HIGH RATIOS.
Ratio 1:9. Level 2 ER. 60,000 visits per year. Peds experience strongly preferred. Some units see as much as 17% peds pts (serious peds cases are transferred to the nearby children's hospital). Sees heme/onc, accidents, etc

Basic travel nursing requirements include:
- 1-2 years recent experience in the job’s primary area of care
- Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
- Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
- An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
