Facility Details:
– COVID Vaccine Required (exemptions considered with facility approval)
– Compliance is due 2 FRIDAYS before start dates. Please keep this in mind when you are matching candidates.
– RN required to complete modules before starting. There is a $500 stipend offered if completed in time.
– RNs required to complete ECG test. Study guide will be provided
Orientation:
– 36hrs, 13wks
– Orientation on Mondays
– Orientation is 3 shifts
Unit Details:
– BLS, ACLS, NIH required
– 3 years of ICU experience required
– Shifts: 19:00-07:30
-Ratios are 1:1 or 1:2
-Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Primary Neurologic brain bleeds, IPH, CVA, BGB, Both Ischemic/Hemorrhagic strokes Siezure disorders, Brain Tumors, Hyrocephalus, Cervical and Spine surgeries/corpectomies
-Any special procedure done on the unit? EVD insertions, PEG placements, Tracheostomies, Bolts, Bronchs
– EMR: EPIC
Float Policy:
RN may be floated to other units or to other locations. RN MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND ABLE TO FLOAT.
They could float between Clovis and Community Regional Fresno, about 15 min apart.
