DESCRIPTION
- DL and last 4 of SSN needs to be included with profile
- Resume that goes back 7 years or to initial EDU with no gaps in excess of 30 days – must have, at bare minimum, 12 months experience in modality submitted to within 3 years
- 1 supervisor reference from employment worked and taken within 12 months – must be modality submitted to
- One peer or supervisor reference from employment worked and taken within 3 years – must be modality submitted to
- Skills completed within 12 months – must be modality submitted to
- Time off: All RTO must be included in the submittal under the “time off” section
- Inova accepts locals (live 50 miles or less from the facility address) based off of the address on their driver’s license- rate is $10 less than travel rate for locals.
- Return Inova staff must be gone for a year before they can return, this includes PRN.
