Job Summary:\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician (MD/DO) to join our team in an administrative leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with a passion for healthcare management, serving as a key contributor to the overall strategy, planning, and operation of the medical department. This role will involve both administrative oversight and clinical leadership to ensure efficient and quality patient care.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nClinical Oversight:\n\nProvide guidance and support to medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.\nEnsure adherence to medical protocols, policies, and clinical guidelines.\nOversee the implementation of evidence-based practices across the organization.\nLeadership & Administration:\n\nLead and participate in strategic planning initiatives to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes.\nCollaborate with the executive team to develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, and healthcare programs.\nManage physician staffing, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluations.\nAddress and resolve any medical staff issues or conflicts.\nQuality Improvement:\n\nOversee quality assurance programs, including patient safety initiatives and compliance with healthcare regulations.\nMonitor clinical performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans.\nCoordinate with the quality and compliance teams to maintain accreditation and certification standards.\nFinancial & Resource Management:\n\nAssist with budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for the medical department.\nAnalyze operational costs and recommend efficiency improvements.\nParticipate in contract negotiations with vendors and third-party providers.\nTraining & Education:\n\nFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among clinical staff.\nDevelop training programs and CME (Continuing Medical Education) opportunities for medical professionals.\nLead educational initiatives in collaboration with academic and research institutions.\nQualifications:\nDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.\nCurrent and valid medical license to practice in [State/Location].\nMinimum [X] years of clinical experience, with a proven track record in healthcare administration or leadership roles.\nStrong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement principles.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.\nBoard certification in [Specialty] is preferred.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.\nComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.\nPaid time off and continuing medical education (CME) opportunities.\nRelocation assistance, if applicable.
