• BLS, ACLS Required (AHA), NIH Required
• 2 years of experience Required
• Fastaff Exclusive 
• No locals will be considered (must be 50 miles from the facility)
• No holiday RTO will be approved but the facility will consider limited time off request.

• Scrub Color: Ceil Blue
• No Modules will be required 
• Timekeeping: Kronos
• EMR: Meditech
• The reason for the needs is due to expansion in beds/unit. 
• Flu required: Medical or Religious exemptions accepted. (Dr's note required for Medical)
• Parking:  Staff park on the 3rd level and above or at the back of the parking lot.
• Ratios: Aim for 5:1 ratio but 6:1 is max
• Client won't consider previous perm employee within 6 months of perm status.

The 3-North Unit RN is responsible and accountable for assessing patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care as provided by the nursing team. The RN will provide technical nursing care and interventions to a designated patient population. Per the department’s Scope of Service, this position requires providing services to Medical/Surgical patients, ages eighteen and above, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individuals served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital. It is expected that the associate will demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values. The associate shall support CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital’s strategic plan and the goals and direction of the hospital’s Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
