RNVery traveler friendly, pretty good for my first contract. Hallway beds are the norm (some have monitors) - which I don’t really like. This ER uses “team nursing” during mid shifts where ratio is 2:6 which was new to me, otherwise they stick to 1:4. They also do 45 minute lunches and are really good about covering lunches for everyone.Colleen, RN Emergency Department (adult)
