Really enjoyed this assignmentYou get a great orientation (though if you're an experienced traveler it is a bit long, a full week) and you are treated like staff. There are a lot of travelers so you're never alone and can make friends easily. They do a great job of keeping assignments reasonable and help support you when you need it. When you do float to the floors your patient load is capped to 3 patients. It's a small hospital and there are shared rooms in the ICU which can be difficult. All ICU nurses float to every ICU and there is only one charge nurse and a resource nurse to help support all the units.Megan, Travel RN ICU Float
