Saundra Vild is the Divisional Vice President of Training and Development for the Travel Nurse Division at AMN Healthcare. She started working at AMN Healthcare in 2015 as a travel nurse recruiter. She grew quickly and soon transitioned into a leadership role where she managed nine travel recruiters along with her own nurses. After a year in the role, Saundra transitioned to her true passion, developing others. She has continued to contribute to the success of the organization by training recruiters on how to build connections with nurses and grow their own desks.
Tia Ellis – tia.ellis@nursefinders.com
Tia has been with AMN Healthcare for two years and has been in the recruiting and staffing industry for almost ten years. She is a Senior Recruiting Manager in our Local and Per Diem Staffing division, which helps RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Allied clinicians find local per diem and travel assignments that suit their needs.
Nicole Obra – nicole.obra@americanmobile.com
Nicole has been with the AMN Healthcare family for almost 10 years and is a Director of Recruitment in our travel nurse division. She oversees a team of 13 recruiters and is involved in various community and wellness groups at AMN Healthcare. Nicole will be attending TravCon in Las Vegas next week and hopes to see some of you there – stop by the AMN Healthcare booth if you’ll be attending!
Lauren Jones – lauren.jones@amnhealthcare.com
Lauren Jones has held multiple roles within the AMN Healthcare organization. She started travel nursing in 2015 and completed 12 assignments across eight states. In 2019 she briefly worked as a Per Diem Clinical Manager before transitioning to a Full Time Clinical Manager role a year later. She currently works as a Senior Clinical Manager and supports both clinicians while on assignment and the AMN Healthcare Clinical Team!
