RegisterAbout this Event
Communicating Clinical Concerns Effectively
Head into your next shift feeling confident and prepared! Join Valerie Gale, RN, BSN, MAOM, Vice President of Clinical Excellence at Nomad Health and Steve Curtin, CEO of Gypsy Nurse as they discuss the tools and communication tactics you can use to help keep you and your patients safe.
Evidence-based tools like SBAR, ARCC, and CUS are a “common language” used by caregivers in the healthcare industry. They were developed to ensure clear and concise communications among clinicians and to drive action or outcomes while removing emotion to enable a full focus on the facts. However, there are challenges and obstacles that come with those tools. This webinar will discuss these issues and present real-world methods and strategies for addressing them.
