Position Overview

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for travel assignments in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily activities, provide basic nursing care, and support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Support mobility and transfers, including repositioning to prevent bedsores.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Travel to different healthcare facilities as per assignment requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-care skills.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments and relocate as needed.
