Position Overview

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for travel assignments in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, repositioning, and transfers to prevent pressure ulcers.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Help with feeding and hydration as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Accurately document patient care activities and observations.
• Travel to different healthcare facilities as per assignment requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license where applicable.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-care skills.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments and relocate as needed.
