UP TO:
$169.05/hr Blended Rate
$6,762 Weekly Gross
OT/Holiday Rate 1.5 times regular rate

Start Date: ASAP
13 Weeks
Shift: M-F only, 7a-5:30p (10’s) and 7a-7:30p (12’s). ; Highest need days are M/W/F. ; Provider will need to commit to a minimum of
2 shifts per week, full time availability preferred. ; Contract length 13 weeks with likelihood of
extension. ; – No call, no nights, no
weekends, no holidays
Must be able to work Fridays.
Approx 2-5 cases per day, GI could be up to 12 per day
Common types of cases: vascular, cysto, urology, GI,
etc. ; Some trauma possible
No Blocks
Spinals – some but if provider is not comfortable, they have
other staff members that can do them
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree: Nursing (Required)
Master’s degree: Nursing (Preferred)

Experience:
1 Year experience in critical care nursing as part of
successful completion of CRNA program (Required)
2 Years experience in an academic medical center OR as a CRNA. (Preferred)
License/Certifications:
RN-LIC – PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
CRNA – Cert Registered Nurse Anesth (Required)
BLS – Basic Life Support (Required)
ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
