$12/hr + $770/nontaxable stipend/wk
OT/Holiday Rate 1.5 times regular rate

13 Weeks
Shift: 4 on, 2 off, 8-hour shifts
Age: Minimum of 18 years of age.

Education and Training: High school diploma or GED required
;
Licensures/ Certifications & Other Requirements:
· Current Washington State Certified Nursing in good
standing
· Current CPR & 1st Aide Certification
· Certification of Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants
required
· Certification of WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training,
Mental Health Specialty Training and Developmental Disabilities Specialty
Training required or contracted for less than 120 days
· Initiate the WA State name and date of birth and national
fingerprint Criminal Background checks upon start date with our facility.
· N95 mask fitting using our approved masks
