Join our healthcare team as a Travel CVICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a dedicated team, providing exceptional care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.

Job Details

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,720 – $1,850
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: February 3, 2025
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Employment Type: Travel

Job Requirements

• 2 years of CVICU experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must be comfortable with POD 1 hearts and able to admit and take fresh hearts
• Flu vaccine required

Responsibilities

• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Post-cardiac surgery care (not directly from the OR)
• Assist with chest tube insertion/removal
• Care for ventilated patients
• Management of pacer/temp pacer/transvenous pacer
• Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity
