$65 Hour taxable w/$1,162/nontaxable stipend

$94.05/hr blended rate

Current ACLS by AHA

Current BLS by AHA

3 years’ experience performing hemodialysis on patients who
are hospitalized in an acute setting, and experience with dialysis of patients
in intensive care unit setting. and (must have worked within the last six
months in a Dialysis setting.)
