Job Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on behavioral and mental health issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, diagnose mental health disorders, and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice.
Requirements:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
State licensure as a Licensed Behavioral Therapist.
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to clients with behavioral and mental health issues.
Expertise in evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of ethical and legal standards of practice.
Physical Demands:
The job of a Licensed Behavioral Therapist may require long periods of sitting and listening to clients, as well as standing and walking to conduct therapy sessions. The candidate must be able to maintain a professional demeanor, remain focused, and provide compassionate care to clients.
