Facility Details:
- Timekeeping – Kronos
- HCA Facility – If your candidate has been an employee at HCA within the last year, they will not be eligible for a travel assignment.
- Covid Vaccine – Declinations can be accepted
- Client won't consider candidates that live within 50 miles of the facility.
- Crisis compliance
- Modules will be required by the facility. They will be assigned once the candidate accepts the offer and they will be required to be completed prior to starting. These modules are unpaid and will be sent to the candidate by the credentialing specialist. (Takes up to 8 hours to complete)
Position Details:
- BLS, NRP Required
- Number of Beds : 40
- Patient Ratios : 1:1-1:4
- Unit staffing description: 24hr Unit Secretary Coverage, 24hr MD coverage
- Type of equipment : Primarily Jet based HFV, NAVA ventilators,
- Documentation system: CPN primary Meditech secondary
- Scheduling requirements: 4 12 hour shifts, every other weekend
- Floating policy: Float to women's Hospital Units (Peds >1yrs, Newborn Nursery, Tech for Ante or Postpartum)
- Neonatal Phlebotomy, Experience in a level 3 NICU or greater Required
- Advanced skills needed: Mechanical Ventilation including High Frequency Ventilators (Jet or Oscillator) minimum of 3 years, Neonatal Surgical Recovery preferred
