Phlebotomist
$1,250/Weekly Gross

$12/hr W/$770 nontaxable stipend/wk

OT/Holiday Rate 1.5 times regular rate

Start Date: ASAP

13 Weeks

Shift: 40 hours a week, shifts either days or evenings,
flexible with 8 hours or 10 hours. Will work about every other weekend.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School graduate or equivalent.

Experience: 2 years of hospital lab/ phlebotomist experience

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Phlebotomy
certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathology or equivalent
agency.
