Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician (MD/DO) to join our team in an administrative leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with a passion for healthcare management, serving as a key contributor to the overall strategy, planning, and operation of the medical department. This role will involve both administrative oversight and clinical leadership to ensure efficient and quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight:

Provide guidance and support to medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
Ensure adherence to medical protocols, policies, and clinical guidelines.
Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices across the organization.
Leadership & Administration:

Lead and participate in strategic planning initiatives to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, and healthcare programs.
Manage physician staffing, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluations.
Address and resolve any medical staff issues or conflicts.
Quality Improvement:

Oversee quality assurance programs, including patient safety initiatives and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Monitor clinical performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans.
Coordinate with the quality and compliance teams to maintain accreditation and certification standards.
Financial & Resource Management:

Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for the medical department.
Analyze operational costs and recommend efficiency improvements.
Participate in contract negotiations with vendors and third-party providers.
Training & Education:

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among clinical staff.
Develop training programs and CME (Continuing Medical Education) opportunities for medical professionals.
Lead educational initiatives in collaboration with academic and research institutions.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Current and valid medical license to practice in [State/Location].
Minimum [X] years of clinical experience, with a proven track record in healthcare administration or leadership roles.
