Position Overview

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced CT Tech for travel assignments in various healthcare facilities. The CT Tech will perform computed tomography (CT) scans, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic and treatment purposes. This role requires technical expertise, patient care skills, and knowledge of radiation safety protocols to assist physicians in diagnosing a variety of conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanning equipment to produce high-resolution images.
• Prepare and position patients for computed tomography procedures.
• Administer contrast agents as necessary for imaging studies.
• Ensure radiation safety and proper shielding techniques.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to optimize imaging protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality control checks.
• Travel to various healthcare facilities for temporary assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Certification: ARRT (CT) certification required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques, anatomy, and patient care.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments.
