Registered Nurse – Intensive Care – ICU – Travel – (ICU RN)

Available Shifts: 12 D
Pay Rate: $1971.59 – $2578.23

Must be comfortable and competent to care for icu patients in the following environments: neuro/trauma sicu, micu, cps/vicu, ccu. progressive critical care unit (pccu), and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement.

Number of Beds : Critical Care has 100 beds amongst 5 units.
The ICUs are as follows:
Sugical/Trauma/Neuroscience ICU – B2
Medical ICU – MICU
Cardiology ICU – CCU
CVICU – CPS/VICU
Progressive Critical Care Unit – D3N

Required Qualifications
Years of Experience: 2. 1. NY license (#/exp). Must have a US SSN to submit.
2. 1.5 years of 600+ bed academic hospital experience or 2 years of total (traveling + perm) experience
3. Trauma level 1 experience is HIGHLY preferred . Trauma levels MUST be included on applicants resume and be accurate
4. Must provide a ref from a supervisor during your time as a staff RN
5. Experience floating to a variety of ICUs highly desired.
6. Must be comfortable and competent to care for ICU patients in the following environments: neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU. progressive critical care unit (PCCU), and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement.
7. Competency Testing: Required for critical care applicants who meet position requirements. A link will be sent to them that must be completed in 48 hours. They will also be sent a Skills Checklist that will need to be completed as well.
8. EPIC Experience
9. Professional references must be recent – no more than 1 year old
10. Non-local- see excluded counties in internal notes

Preferred Qualifications
RNs with level I trauma center experience tend to do best in this team.
Experience floating to a variety of ICUs highly desired
