Unit Name: M5 / C5 Vascular Surgery
Number of Beds: C5 has 24 beds/ M5 has 22 beds
You will be caring for patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring knowledge of all body systems. Many of these patients are fresh amputations, vascular wounds, extensive vascular surgery to restore blood flow, etc.
Procedures performed on unit: Assist with Chest tube insertion; Central Lines, Wound Vac changes, NG, Cortrak, catheter, indwelling catheters, doplars, dressing changes, pin care. Fasciotomy care, ostomy care
Required Qualifications
Years of Experience: 2.
1. NY license (#/exp)
2. Current reference required to send
3. Non local
4. EPIC charting experience
5. ACLS and BLS
