TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments. This role is ideal for RNs who excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and have expertise in emergency and trauma care.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Assess, triage, and treat patients in emergency situations

\n

• Provide life-saving interventions and emergency medical care

\n

• Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as needed

\n

• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes

\n

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient care

\n

• Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment

\n

• Educate patients and families on follow-up care and health conditions

\n

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

\n

\n\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)

\n

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience

\n

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

\n

• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred

\n

• Strong ability to handle high-stress, critical situations

\n

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

\n

• Willingness to travel and adapt to different ER settings

\n
