Position Overview

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) specializing in Long Term Care (LTC) for travel assignments in various healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, provide direct patient care, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care for residents in long-term care settings.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide mobility support, including repositioning and transferring patients safely.
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Travel to various long-term care facilities for temporary assignments.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments and relocate as needed.
