MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT TO CLIENT:
- If your candidate is currently working a per diem job, please include in your submit notes how many hours per week or month they’re working the per diem job. This is required by the client.
- Client requires no gaps over 30 days on profile.
- SSN and DOB Required to submit

- Time off request up front (Minimal time off request will be considered. Client typically does not consider more than 5 days)

Facility Details:
- Timekeeping – Kronos
- Effective 11/13, Adventist is accepting Medical and Religious Exemptions for the covid vaccine.
- Compliance is due 2 Fridays before the start date. If the candidate does not make the deadline, they're at risk of losing the offer.
- Client considers candidates with the least amount of time off request. If the client can't accommodate the time off request, they reject and don't ask the RN if they can forgo any. Please make sure you submit limited days off for your RN to be considered.
- Start Dates: Please try to keep it within 4 weeks out from time of offer. Dates past this time may be rejected.
Position Details:
- BLS, ACLS, NIH, MAB Required
- Acute care facility experience: Preferred
- 2 years of experience Required. (Profile must reflect 2 years of experience within the specialty)
- EMR: Cerner
- Orientation: Virtual day one and then will report to the site on day 2
