Let your career take you to beautiful Bethel, Alaska with a 13-week assignment as a Social Worker for long term care at the Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation. As part of their team, your service will reach over 50 rural communities in the Yukon Delta Region. This is a challenging role that will enable you to grow your abilities and expertise within a community that embraces you as an integral part of their healing journey. The facility is a 50-bed general acute care medical facility that offers a variety of services and this role will offer a rich variety of experiences. The position requires a Master of Social Work (MSW), one-year experience in a health-care setting, and a valid Alaska State driver’s license. Basic knowledge of computer use is also required, and bilingual language skills in English & Yup’ik are preferred. If you’re capable of performing supervisory tasks when needed, working independently and collaboratively with other social workers, and have the skill to effectively present information in various settings, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. • $1,980.00 total gross weekly for 40 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,545.52 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $10.85
• Overtime hours: $64.03
