We are passionate in our search for an experienced MRI Tech to join the team at the level 1 Trauma Center and major teaching hospital – CAMC General Hospital, located in the beautiful city of Charleston, WV. This is an exciting 13-week travel healthcare assignment, with a 3×12-hr day shift pattern (either 06:00 – 18:30 or 10:00 – 10:30). Over the weekends, you may also be required to work sometimes. The daily caseload consists of an average of 20-25 patients per 24 hours, shared across the department. Rest assured, you’ll never work alone; we value team effort! With the advantage of one Phillips scanner in the department, your proficiency in IV Starts and experience with PACS/Contrast will come into play. Special Requirements for this role include experience in various MRI procedures such as Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Spine and Musculoskeletal. While your ARRT and WV certifications and a minimum of 2 years MRI tech experience are necessary to qualify, first-time contractors are welcome to apply! We’re flexible to accommodate a block schedule based on department needs. Please note that there’s a 100-mile local radius rule for applicants.We want to also let you know that the cost of parking is absolutely free for our travelers. However, all personnel are required to take a flu vaccination, unless documented proof of allergy is available. An important point to note for our permanent employees: you cannot return as travelers for 2 years after your last date worked on a permanent basis. • $2,379.00 total gross weekly for 36 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,239.00 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $31.66
• Gap hours: $66.08
• Overtime hours: $87.47
