Embark on an exciting 13-week travel healthcare assignment as an MRI Technician at Geisinger Medical Center, situated in the picturesque city of Danville, PA. This position promises a diverse work schedule that includes a rotation of Day and Evening shifts (Sunday from 6AM-6:30PM, Monday – Tuesday from 11AM-11:30PM). Bustling with professional growth, this opportunity lets you perform imaging procedures at a technical level, following protocols set by Radiologists and working in a secure environment that prioritizes patients’ and personnel’s safety. Expect to demonstrate your in-depth knowledge of the Magnetic Resonance imaging process and safety in the Magnetic Resonance environment, prepare and position patients for Magnetic Resonance procedures, and explain exams while answering patients’ questions. Other tasks include performing venous access on patients requiring IV contrast administration, entering data into various imaging systems, and performing quality control tests of equipment. Graduates from Specialty Training Programs in Radiologic Technology who hold a Basic Life Support Certification and are Certified as both MRI Technologists and Radiology Technologists by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) are encouraged to apply. • $2,634.00 total gross weekly for 36 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,162.00 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $40.89
• Gap hours: $73.17
• Overtime hours: $78.68
