Exciting opportunity for a physical therapy assistant home health position in Santa Rosa, CA! This day shift role (08:00 – 16:30) offers an enriching experience with 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patients per day! Helpful staff pairs patients in close proximity, limiting driving time. Amenities include free parking and reimbursement for mileage at the IRS standard! The facility uses EPIC for charting. Set to fill immediately, this 13-week travel healthcare assignment requires 1 year of skilled home health experience with BCLS certification. Please note, the facility could not accommodate a 4×10 or 3×12 schedule, but guarantees weekly hours! Weekend work is expected once per contract, and on-call work is not required. While having OASIS experience is preferential, it’s not mandatory. Celebrating the recognition of major holidays, this home health assignment offers an engaging work life. • Stipends:$1,514.35 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $16.00
