Embark on a thrilling 13-week travel healthcare assignment as a Radiation Therapist at the renowned Monument Health Cancer Care Institute, situated in the picturesque Rapid City, SD. Enjoy flexible 8-hour day shifts with no weekend rotation or holiday expectations, providing an excellent work-life balance. The dynamic role encompasses treating a diverse range of cancer types, including but not limited to: Lung, Breast, Brain, Head/Neck, GYN, metastatic disease, and Lymphomas. Our focus is 98-99% on outpatient service, which never allows for a dull moment. With a 2:1 patient ratio and 1:1 for CT simulation, it ensures close, personalized patient care. The role does require Radiation Oncologist specific expertise, necessitating 3-5 years in Radiation Oncology, with 5 years being most preferred. It is also vital that you have the requisite Experience with Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), Tomotherapy, and Accuray Tomotherapy. Although it’s not required, experience with CT Simulation, Volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT), Siemens CT Simulator GO.PRO scanner, and RADIXACT will be highly preferred. You will also need to be BLS & ARRT certified. Graduating from a Radiation Therapy program is a must, which could be a stepping stone for Radiation Therapist (T) – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). While Epic charting system experience is preferred, Mosaiq is necessary. In consideration of the travel nature of this assignment, it is required that travelers must live 100 miles away from any Monument Health facility. Pay Package:

• $2,629.00 total gross weekly for 40 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,197.00 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $35.79
• Overtime hours: $77.07
