Exciting opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses! Join the dynamic team at VCU Medical Center, located in the vibrant city of Richmond, VA, for a 13-week travel healthcare assignment in the CVICU Unit. Experience the thrill of night shifts where you have the choice of rotating or straight nights based on your preference. With plenty of opportunity for specialization, your nursing assignments will span across a wide array of diagnoses, including CABGs, valve repair/replacements, aortic surgeries, amongst others. Enjoy surgical involvement and post-op recovery care, while leveraging the latest medical practices and technologies such as CRRT, ECMO, Impella, IABP, amongst others. The ideal candidate comes with a minimum of 2 years of experience, holds ACLS and BLS certifications, and is comfortable with titration of vasoactive IV medications, and advanced invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Note: First-time travelers will not be considered for this position. Enjoy recognized holidays, including New Year’s, Labor, Independence, Memorial, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Experience:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of similar CVICU-RN experience to be considered.

• $2,585.00 total gross weekly for 36 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,491.00 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $30.39
• Gap hours: $71.81
• Overtime hours: $80.18
