Take on an exciting 13-week travel healthcare assignment as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at the prestigious University of New Mexico Hospital, located in vibrant Albuquerque, NM. This role demands a combination of unmatched professionalism, Level 1 trauma experience, and, of course, a passion for compassionate care. This assignment entails night shifts; you’ll be working three 12-hour shifts per week, from 19:00 to 07:30. Essential certifications include ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC. The TNCC must already be obtained at the time of submission. The NIH certification can pend until the compliance document due date, before the start of the assignment. Note that the hospital is currently seeing an increased number of admit holds, and up to 80% of the ED department cases are admitted, so you’ll be instrumental in managing this patient volume. A COVID vaccination is necessary for this role, although religious and medical exemptions are accepted with the suitable documentation signed by a provider for medical concerns. Experience in medication administration, including IV medication via the seven medication rights, will come in handy in your daily duties. Note: You may also be expected to float within scope to meet facility needs. For consideration, travelers must have an address that is more than 50 miles from the hospital, and must not have an Arizona address on their driver’s license. Pay Package:

• $2,266.00 total gross weekly for 36 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,440.38 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $22.93
• Gap hours: $62.94
• Overtime hours: $95.62
