Exciting 13-week travel assignment for Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery at CAMC Women and Childrens Hospital, Charleston, WV. The position requires night shifts (4×12-hour, 19:00 – 07:30) on weekdays, with every other weekend off. The RN will have the opportunity to float to the Mother Baby unit when additional help is needed. This role demands good critical thinking, circulating in the OR, FHM, IV start, and triage abilities, plus scrub skills would be an additional plus. Experience with Cerner, Surginet and Fetalink documentation system will be crucial. The hospital caters to both low-risk and high-risk obstetrics, with 14 L&D beds, 6 triage beds, 2 operating rooms, 2 recovery rooms, and 2 high-risk antepartum rooms at its disposal. The facility focuses on the complete childbirth experience, providing support to all women, including those seeking minimal intervention and those with major complications. Ideal candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years experience, BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications. There’s a 100 mile radius rule for locals (but exceptions may be requested for 75-99 miles). Must agree to take a flu shot (exceptions only with medical proof) during Flu Season which typically sits between October 1st to March 31st. Scrub Color: Royal Blue.

Experience:

Pay Package:

• $2,931.00 total gross weekly for 48 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,239.00 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $32.53
