The position requires a nightly shift, starting at 7:00 PM and ending at 7:00 AM, offering 36 weekly hours. Join a team renowned for a 1:4 – 1:6 patient to nurse ratio, showcasing its commitment to quality care and team wear. This role requires flexibility, as you’ll need to be comfortable floating in higher acuity units. Located in the scenic Lake Havasu City, AZ, you’ll be part of a vibrant community hospital and certified Chest Pain Center, serving as a regional referral center. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the beautiful mountain ranges, serene lake scenery, and outdoor recreation activities at the fingertip. This location is also conveniently a short car drive from major cities such as Las Vegas, Phoenix, and the Grand Canyon National Park. There are no specific regional restrictions to work at this hospital.

Experience:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of similar Stepdown-RN experience to be considered.

Pay Package:

• $2,189.00 total gross weekly for 36 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,162.00 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $28.54
• Gap hours: $60.81
• Overtime hours: $65.02
