Exciting opportunity for an RN – PCU position in Louisville, KY! Engage in rewarding work at the renowned UofL Jewish Hospital for a 13-week assignment. The role demands accountability, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and punctuality. You’ll be part of a dynamic team on the 5th floor caring for Neuro patients with a manageable patient ratio of 4-5:1. Your shift starts at the fascinating time of 6:45 PM and ends at 7:15 AM, providing a unique opportunity to enjoy the city’s charm during the day.Facility provides Alaris pump, PCAs, Lumbar drains, JP drains, Wound Vacs, and EEG equipment, operating with a Cerner EMR system. Weekend work required every other weekend. No call requirements. For this position, in addition to a KY license, BLS and NIH certifications are necessary. EMU safety is an added requirement but can be obtained at the facility. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a preference for candidates that possess a specialty in Neuro PCU, and experience in seizure monitoring.To maintain a professional ambience, Galaxy Blue scrubs are the designated uniform. Time off can be requested for up to 5 days and holidays require manager approval. Also, candidates must be willing to float to other PCU and Med Surg units when required. Experience:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of similar Stepdown-RN experience to be considered.

• $2,349.00 total gross weekly for 36 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,335.92 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $28.14
• Gap hours: $65.25
• Overtime hours: $75.35
