Exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neuro PCU! Become a critical member of the team at Jewish Hospital, located in Louisville, KY. This is a 13-week travel assignment with a beautiful shift pattern, starting at 6:45 PM and ending at 7:15 AM.

Your role will require a multivariate set of skills in areas such as using certain equipment like Alaris pumps, PCAs, Lumbar drains, JP drains, Wound Vacs, EEG, as well as floating to other PCU & Med Surg units.

Two things to keep in mind: First, any requested time off will have to be reviewed and approved by the manager and you may be asked to make up approved time off at the end of the assignment. Second, be prepared to work 2 out of 3 holidays.

Requirements for this position include: a KY License, BLS, NIH & AES-EMU safety certification. However, if you don’t have AES-EMU safety certification, that can be obtained at the facility. Prior PCU experience is a must and experience in EMU (seizure monitoring) and Neuro is preferred.

Pay Package:

• $2,348.00 total gross weekly for 36 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,324.08 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $28.44
• Gap hours: $65.22
• Overtime hours: $75.35
