Discover the charm of Lamar, CO while advancing your career! We’re seeking a qualified Sonographer for an intriguing 13-week assignment at the Prowers Medical Center. The role encompasses operating sonographic equipment independently and delivering results from diagnostic examinations using sonography. The ideal applicant will have active ARDMS certification and must be compliant with Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements. Graduation from a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology Program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) is required. This position involves working 8:00-5:00 M-F with some weekend call, offering a balance between work, rest, and exploration. You’ll be working with a diverse range of people, so strong communication skills are a must, along with the ability to adjust and make independent decisions in varying scenarios. Prepare for constant dynamism as the nature of the work involves continued change and agility. This position requires manual dexterity to handle equipment and sometimes requires lifting or moving patients with or without assistance. • $2,323.00 total gross weekly for 36 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,162.00 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $32.24
• Overtime hours: $77.71
