About Jean Cook: Jean loves to learn and to educate. She has led all support team functions as COO in the industry. Jean regularly works with groups of travelers, co-workers, and in the industry on education that will allow them to make the most out of all that traveling has to offer. As COO, Jean is responsible for the business’s efficiency, overseeing the company’s ongoing operations and procedures. Additionally, her role comes with a focus on promoting the culture, vision, and strategic plan. Jean joined TNAA in 2016 as CFO and became COO in 2020. She has over 30 years of finance, HR, and risk management experience, with 20 of those years being in executive leadership.
About Rose Fulton: As TNAA’s SVP of Recruitment, Rose trains, mentors and motivates a nationwide team of recruiters and recruiter liaisons. She is responsible for the conversion of new applications and retention of travelers on assignment, as well as the overall results and growth of her team. Partnering with all internal departments, she works to ultimately enhance the TNAA experience for travelers and quickly resolve any issues that arise. With more than 20 years of experience in sales management, Rose is a proven motivator and an expert in conversion of leads.
About Brittany Garcia: Brittany has been a nurse for 9.5 years, with most of her time spent in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Nursing is actually her second career, her first bachelor’s degree is in Biomedical Sciences where she helped research ethanol fuel production. She attended the University of Miami’s Accelerated BSN program and began her nursing career in the PICU at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Texas. During her time there she received her Certified Pediatric Nurse credential. She spent about half of her professional career traveling the country with her family as a TNAA travel nurse and earned her Pediatric Critical Care Certified Nurse credential. While traveling, she had the opportunity to work in some of the most prestigious children’s hospitals like Boston Children’s, Seattle Children’s, Arkansas Children’s, Children’s Hospital Colorado, and Children’s Hospital of Orange County. Along the way she also gained experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU, Pediatric Urgent Care, and General Pediatrics. Brittany’s passion for nursing and travel has most recently led her to a position within TNAA’s internal Clinical Department, where she looks forward to being a resource for travel healthcare professionals across the industry. She is also continuing to work in the PICU at a local children’s hospital to maintain her skills and relevance to the travelers she collaborates with.
